Domain services are provided in accordance with the policies of the relevant registries and registrars handling each extension. For .eu domains, registrations are subject to the EURid Registration Policy and the applicable European Union rules, including Regulation (EC) No 733/2002 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 as amended. Where a domain extension is governed by ICANN, the corresponding ICANN policies apply. Processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law.
Unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, all matters relating to DomaiNPro OÜ and the use of domain-evo.com are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union legislation, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
